AumTap is a consciousness expansion and manifestation training application available on mobile (iOS/Android) and web.

Based on Itzhak Bentov's pioneering research, we provide structured training through 8 progressive modules with 24 guided exercises covering meditation, manifestation, brain synchronization, and consciousness development.

1. Visit https://aumtap.com or download the mobile app
2. Click "Start Training" and sign in with Google or Apple
3. Complete your profile and set training preferences
4. Begin with Module 1 - Foundation of Consciousness

Try these solutions:

1. Disable pop-up blockers for aumtap.com in your browser settings
2. Clear browser cache: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
3. Try Incognito/Private mode to bypass extensions and cached data
4. Enable third-party cookies in your browser settings (required for Google Sign-In)
5. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge work best)

This is the most common email issue! Follow these steps:

1. Check your spam/junk folder first - Look for emails from noreply@aumtap.com or support@aumtap.com
2. Mark as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" to train your email filter
3. Add to contacts: Add our email addresses to your contact list
4. Whitelist our domain: Add @aumtap.com to your safe sender list

Gmail:

1. Open an AumTap email (check spam folder too)
2. Click the three dots menu → "Add AumTap to Contacts"
3. Or drag the email from "Promotions" to "Primary" tab

Outlook/Hotmail:

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email
2. Add @aumtap.com to "Safe senders and domains"

Apple Mail:

1. Open an AumTap email
2. Click the sender's email address
3. Select "Add to VIPs" or "Add to Contacts"

Yahoo Mail:

1. Go to Settings → More Settings → Filters
2. Add a filter to move emails from @aumtap.com to Inbox

• Welcome email: When you first sign up
• Training reminders: Daily or weekly practice reminders (if enabled)
• Progress updates: When you complete modules or achieve milestones
• Account notifications: Password changes, email updates, security alerts
• Billing notifications: Subscription renewals, payment receipts

Mobile apps: Yes! Content is cached for offline use:

• Downloaded modules and exercises remain available offline
• Audio guides are cached locally
• Progress syncs automatically when you reconnect

Web version: Requires internet connection but uses minimal data

1. Clear cache: Ctrl+Shift+Delete (browser) or Settings → Clear Cache (mobile)
2. Close all browser windows/tabs completely and restart
3. Restart the app or browser
4. Check your internet connection
5. Try a different browser or device
6. Disable browser extensions temporarily (especially ad blockers)

• Check device volume and ensure it's not muted
• Ensure media permissions are enabled (mobile apps)
• Try downloading the content for offline playback
• Check if your browser supports HTML5 audio/video
• Update your browser or app to the latest version
